“EDIT: Updating my previous rating from 1 star to 4 stars as the service has improved significantly and the gentleman that now delivers my box on Sundays is super friendly and delivers the box to the door most of the time. If he can't he gives me a call and asks me to come downstairs which I'm absolutely fine with (if there's no parking option).Original review:Sadly Gousto uses them to deliver my food box every week. I've complained about them ignoring my safe place so many times yet nothing changes. They still leave the box downstairs rather than bring it behind the flat door. I'm at home when they deliver and they never ring the bell, they get into the building through the trades button and just leave the box downstairs for anyone to take. Terrible service.”
