Appalling. Took 20 minutes for one box. Described every item but the employee did not say any were prohibited. My package arrived damaged with one gift removed as you apparently can't send perfume. They ruined all gift wrapping. Now have to travel across London to collect the confiscated gift. Waste of time and money.
