Still very popular. Bought some caviar and enjoyed with some Jamon chips in the hotel. It's essentially a high-end, luxury department store that has so many high-fashion brands selling bags, clothing, jewelry, and more. This place also has a food hall along with tons of gourmet items (e.g., teas, chocolates, patisseries, etc.) and eateries/restaurants. If you're here to shop until you drop and experience some high-end wining (or champagne to be more accurate) this is the place to go.”

“I was anxious about going in due to the way I was dressed (metalhead with denim cut/patches and army boots), but I was welcomed in with smiles and a lovely greeting. I received great service from a young gentleman who helped me find a tea for my mum (I can't remember the name of the young man who served me, unfortunately!) But I was very happy with the service I received and the chat about tea, as well as a full scent experience on the refill bar to help me find the perfect tea to purchase, as well as full explanations on all the teas to help me pick. I shall definitely come back when I'm next in St Pancras and shall happily recommend tea lovers to shop here. Thank you so much.”

The store has a varied selection of fruit, sandwiches, salads and an in store bakery section. Very convenient for local offices as they offer collection for online orders, meaning customers can pick up what they've purchased quickly on their lunch break.”

“This places is amazing went on a bank holiday, the atmosphere of the store was great, clean and tidy well lit and linked to underground and buses being at Westfield shopping centre, originally went to view for retail side of things and was very impressed on vast amounts of products, was quite lucky that there was a bank holiday sale up to 70% off selected items, bought some Egyptian cotton bath towel on reduction and they were so soft and high quality, noticing a caffe area cashier ladies super friendly bought a Victoria sponge cake and teas, the pot of tea and cake was so tasty fluffy light, tea pot size so good and refreshing the atmosphere of the restaurant cafe was amazingly good staff very friendly and the equipment well organised enjoyed the experience.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options available,Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly food & beverages friendly staffParking: Massive parking lots to shoppers in Westfield shopping centre”
