“I saw a pair of jeans online and really wanted to try them on in store. Asked a member of staff who wasn’t sure but lead me in the direction of denim. Came across Samira after searching on my own with no success after about 15 minutes. Samira searched high and low in the stockroom and on the shop floor to find them. I eventually found my size, and she even followed up while in the fitting room to give me an alternative style. Just in case! Lovely interaction and was very happy with the product!”

I also wanted a skirt I'd spotted which wasn't available in my size on the rack. The assistant called Jacqueline M was super helpful and went the extra mile to try and help me find one either in store or online. So great to receive excellent service and such a rarity these days. She was very kind and patient and honestly had the best sense of humour whilst I was being very indecisive on the colour of the laptop I was buying!
