George was *super* helpful with a tricky job (concerning a wristwatch with high sentimental value for me) - he worked hard to find a solution and then would not accept any payment for his time when - despite his best efforts - we couldn't find a way forward. George created a beautiful engagement ring for me. I couldn’t be happier. Customer service was amazing especially when I needed to resize the ring. Great location in Hatton garden. Couldn’t recommend enough.
