I have never ever experienced such disgusting and awful customer service in Harrods in all these years. The Givenchy staff and floor manager made me so upset over a very simple exchange / refund. Never again, it's a shame as we shop in harrods very often. It also puts a question mark on Givenchy and thier training policies.... read full comment

My review is more about the brand rather than customer service. I do not recommend Givenchy to anyone. The leather of my bag especially on the handles peeled off immediately (after 3 times of usage). I brought it back with the idea that they will replace the bag with a new one, as this is what most of the bag brands do,... read full comment
