“After a meeting ran over I decided to stay local and eat here having strolled by so many times. After a long day schlepping around London it was a nice venue to plonk myself down and enjoy a nice glass of red. I’d not eaten since breakfast and was super hungry. I wasn’t tempted by the mushroom hummous so they kindly offered to make me normal hummous which was served with hot pitta, delicious! Followed by salmon teriyaki, pak choi and rice which was very good too. A nice atmosphere, lovely food and staff and a perfect way to end a long day.”

“Eat Activ is the BEST lunch in London. With an office based in Soho we are fortunate enough to have both Noel and Brewer St on our doorstep. The chicken ‘box’ is my go to, and a meal I crave when I’m back home (up north) Moist, juicy and full of flavour, the chicken is to die for, with a generous portion of potatoes and salad, this box really does contain everything. The service is second to none- and everything you would expect from an independent, family owned shop. Don’t spend your money at one of the many chains in the area, look a little harder and eat where the locals do: here!”

“The food here is delicious and divine. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Usually you don’t have to wait long to be seated. Toilets are super clean. I personally bought myself a shirt here with an avocado on it and I loveee it. If you like avocado this is the place for you.I personally didn’t like the avocado fries but all the other dishes I had were absolutely delicious and they all looked so beautiful.”

“I was greeted straight away by an assistant whose name was Sally who took me to the section I was looking for. I was thoroughly informed of the products I was looking for, Sally recommended a few items then let me choose. I then headed to the till a second a colleague at the till signed me up to rewards and explained the benefits. Sadly I didn’t get the second colleagues name. Both were fantastic and extremely friendly. Great service”

“This little health shop is great, mainly because of Paul. This guy is like a health encyclopaedia! He knows his stuff and is super helpful towards all customers. He will never rush and explains everything in details. He actually got me out of my misery a few months ago just by advising which supplements to take. He is super helpful. I highly recommend this place. The only thing that’s disappointing is that the are always out of stock and it takes week sometimes months to get certain products back on the shelves. Management should look into this. I order the products online from different places now because im tired of waiting.”

“Our favourite health store (superfood market) for our essential organic daily products.A wide selection of beauty products, supplements, organic foods, cooking oils, refillable coffee beans, nuts and grains and many more..They also have a variety of pastries, cakes, fresh juices, smoothies and hot drinks.I get to collect points as well from every visit on my Yoyo app which is a great way of earning points so you can unlock and use your rewards in store.Love it. ❤️”

A clever mix of salad, vegetables, grains and seeds can actually fill you for a while without fattening you. More expensive but also better than some of the salad options in shops and supermarkets nearby.”

“Good rice dishes, albeit fairly simple and somewhat simple. Fast service combined with quick orders via tablet make it easy to get in and out quickly - especially for takeout. Preparation is “almost” instantaneous during high period times (e.g. lunch).”

I can always find what I can for as well as a new surprise or two; something that doesn’t always happen with online shopping.This branch has a great kitchen for meals-on-the-move. “LOVE LOVE LOVE this place.. fresh produce, organic groceries, take away sushi dishes and freshly made food on the day with the option to eat in OR take away. You can even add tea, coffee or freshly pressed fruit/veg smoothie < great way to test out their products as they use what they sell ??…Also, what I find is awesome is that from time to time they have little bags of fresh top quality compost that you can take away. I’m not sure if all stores do this but it’s worth it to check while in store, especially if you are an avid gardener/fruit/veg enthusiast ?”
