Difficult to rate the “shop” with the very unwelcoming and unhelpful seller in store. The lady at the counter wasn’t interested in helping us when the store was empty and she was just at the POS doing nothing! Hope someone from the corporate sees this and does “customer service training”.

Went today to grab some supplements. Staff seemed very knowledgeable and were very helpful. Well stocked and they order in from other branches where required. A great asset to have on our high street!

Usually have a good experience here but today assistant handled my goods with no gloves no mask no hand sanitiser. This is supposed to be a Health Store. Worrying, discourteous and possibly dangerous.
