Excuse me, I arrived at Massimo Dutti at 7:50 PM in a rush as I checked the shop's closing times online. However, I found the lady closing the shop early, even though the website states it closes at 8 PM. I understand everyone wants to go home, but blocking access before closing time is inconvenient, especially for customers coming from work. This occurred at the High Street Kensington branch.Thanks

It is not my habit to leave reviews but I was very impressed by the customer service I received from Leo. I went in your shop to buy a gift for my dad with little to no idea and they were really good at helping me even tho i?m so indecisive. Could not be more thankful for their help ! I went in this shop to purchase a dress for a party. I was absolutely lost when I entered in the shop because I didn?t know what kind of dress I needed. Thanks to the shop assistant Leo I felt better, à girl was very patient and kind with me. She permitted me to find the perfect dress for my party. I definitely love Massimo dutty and their shop assistants are really great. I feel more self confident know with my choices and my clothes. Thanks to this adorable girl

I?ve just purchased a pair of boots in this shop. I absolutely love Massimo Dutti and I?ve never had any issues in any other store - but the shop assistants here were so rude and had such a nasty attitude. There were three of them in the shop and I?ve interacted with all three, two females and a male, and they all simply had a rude attitude. I left so frustrated and I won?t be visiting this shop anymore. I?d rather travel to another shop even if it?s at a further distance.

I have been Massimo Dutti customer for more than a decade and I love the style and the fashion they offer. but among all its shops I visited worldwide, Kensington store is the worst I have been to. Customer service is very poor. Dressing room queue is long although some rooms are available, they don?t let you in on time. It?s dark and the heath inside is unbearable.

Today, I visited Massimo Dutti at the High Street store, and I must say it was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. The employees appeared unhappy and displayed a rude demeanor. They seemed to lack an understanding of the value of their customers and did not make an effort to appreciate or assist them. This was a disappointing experience, especially because I'm a fan of the brand. I'm certain I won't be returning to this particular store in High Street Kensington.

Yesterday, I went to your shop in High Street Kensington. It is not my habit to leave reviews but I was very impressed by the customer service I received from a girl called Alessia. Although, she had been busy serving other customers, she was very kind and very good at helping me too in advising me what to choose as a gift when I was very undecided. If all shops had girls like her, shopping would be a pleasure. I will definitely return to this shop.

I recently have visited this Nice Store and was extremely impressed with the variety of products they had to offer. The store was well-stocked with a wide selection of items, from clothing to electronics to home goods. I was also very pleased with the customer service I received. The staff were friendly and helpful and expecialy Gigi she is very freindly and helpful, offering advice and assistance whenever I needed it. They even went out of their way to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Overall, my experience at Nice Store was excellent and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality products and great customer service.
