Poor service towards wheelchair users and the food took over half an hour to be brought to us. Also when the food was brought to us the food was absolutely freezing cold. Extremely busy as it’s on Oxford street! Ordering very easy by using the automated screens. The machine was out of paper so we had to get a staff to look up our order number and he was quite helpful. It took almost 20mins for the order to be ready. Ordered the cheese dippers and they forgot the tomato dip. Whilst waiting... read full comment

Hire someone to clean the bathrooms full time.. or even it's. It's way beyond a developing country bus stop bathroom.
