Nice food, very long queue (I don’t know if it was just in that particular night or not ) not able to find a seat for 15 mins , my food got cold , toilet was not working , I hope this was fixed . Otherwise great location , nice , modern design with self service

This outlet was very busy, something to be expected on Oxford Street, London, West End. All was fine, however the Gents toilet was swimming in urine and needed to be cleaned, this was ignored by the staff present, not good practice in a food outlet.
