Oh wow. Disgracefully incompetent with respect to their own systems and policies incredibly inefficient. Rarely if ever do I leave negative reviews, but this is a real low. Bounced around between people and waiting on branch manager to return. My account details stay open on staff screen with no one behind the computer so anyway walking around this part of the waiting area can see it. 1.5 hours later I had to leave to return to work, with absolutely no solution. This is for a simple CHAPs transfer.

Went in two weeks ago and yesterday. Was attended to quickly and the staff were nice.When setting up my account Jayne was easy to work with and made me glad to be banking with Nationwide.Shout out to Habib for helping me with a Standing Order.Not sure about other branches but this one seems pretty good.

Please hire more staff Nationwide - long queues at lunch time and only about 2 or 3 staff and to serve customers. Staff were very helpful when I spoke to them and the ATMs work well for transactions and basic banking.

Very nice brunch. Absolutely happy after opening a bank account there! The stuff was so understanding and nice . After an exhausting day full of walking around Bank area trying to find the right one for me, they just made my day . A lot of appreciation to Nina and the nice guy in front!

Horrendous service. Went in to open a children's account. Told that they were too busy and I needed an appointment. Looked around - No customers and 6 staff. I enquired about this disproportion and was told that one had a break coming up and the others were busy. Was told that they could send me an application for this account in the post. Waited 1 week for the application to be sent an adult application and not a children's account one. Disgraceful!

Recently refurbished branch, so everything is modern, clean and new. Spacious too. Have only ever spoken to one member of staff, but she seemed friendly enough.

I went in today to make a CHAPS payment for a large sum and I was only given the option of using the out of date computer and card reader to do this, and I was told no staff could do this for me, despite my being the only customer, the time being 10:45am and there being 5 staff on the floor. I was extremely unsatisfied by the response I received, and it has made me reluctant to return - I plan on moving my accounts to another bank.

Was trying to set up an business account they do not know what to do no one had a plan and they do not conform what the online team talkâ?¦further if you ask a question you get an answer what the been trained only and not listen to that what you ask for! Very poor! Letâ??s say another s**t bank in the UK!
