I had an eye and hearing test booked in. Customer service was very poor, a male employee downstairs greeted me eventually by saying 'alright' (having waited five minutes for an employee to turn up) only to be told there was no hearing test available in that store.\\n\\nI decided tohead to Boots instead.

I couldn?t be happier with the service here. I needed an appointment after a couple of years of being with a rival who couldn?t find a slot for a contact lens check up and eye test and the folks here were prompt, helpful and relaxed. And didn?t give me a hard time for being away from them for so long.

Fantastic customer service, proffessional and friendly. Good value for money with approachable and passionate staff. In particular, Farida helped me with replacing my lenses in a couple of minutes. I was very impressed with her manner and attitude. Would highly recommend this branch!

Terrible experience. Charged me wrong price and get the wrong address for sending the glasses. Cheaper and better service next store so why using them?

Excellent customer service. Really friendly staff and super helpful when choosing my new specs. Haytim was brilliant, chose loads of great new styles for me and had a great eye. Definitely recommend! Thanks so much.

My experience in store was wonderful from start to finish. Everything ran smoothly, I was greeted by a lovely girl at the door who was very helpful, I didn?t have to wait too long to be seen which is always a bonus. The optometrist was lovely and took her time when explaining the results. Lastly Haytim the gentlemen who helped me choose my frame was very helpful. He was super patient while I was choosing my frame, I didn?t feel rushed to make a decision and even was nice enough to pick out a few designs for me which I thought was lovely. Overall the store as a whole was amazing, would definitely recommend others to use this store.

Highly recommend! Very punctual and spotless inside. The optician (I think her name was Jeni) was very friendly and clear in explaining my eye health. I then had to pick out some frames, and having never wore glasses before it was quite a daunting task, but Haytim was super helpful and helped me whittle down their selection to 2 pairs I really liked. They made the experience enjoyable, and usually I don't like visiting the opticians.

My first time at Specsavers was definitely one of the best optical advice I have had. My optometrist, Nikita B, was more than willing to help and went above and beyond with my case. She was supportive and kind about all the questions and concerns I had, which was definitely very reassuring. Her advice has helped me settle in with having glasses very smoothly too! Keep up the good work!

I was surprised at the level of service, I usually go to private shops that are pretty expensive and I thought this was just as good. Was there 6 pm yesterday and the guy who checked me in and did the first eye test and then the optometrist who did the full eye test were great. I had lots of questions and she was helpful answering them even for one of those short appointments. Iâ??ll still buy my glasses from a more expensive place though as I thought the quality wasnâ??t super high on the glasses I saw, but if they got more modern styles Iâ??d be open to buying here.

I urgently need a new frame and ordered in store on Monday, the sales lady said it would be ready by Wednesday, and when I phoned them on Wednesday, they said, it will take another 1-2 days. How could a frame delivery takes so long??They promised a day and missed it, and what they can do is keep saying: I am sorry, I cannot speak for the people who placed the order. What kind of customer service is this?!?!

I've been a customer here for a few years now and the staff are always really friendly, helpful, and available. The glasses are reasonable, especially if you're a contact lense customer, and there's a good selection.
