We requested the heat to be turned down, which never happened. We stayed with you for a total of 3 nights. I have not had a full nights sleep during any of those nights, I was either woken by house keeping staff being verbally noisy or by the crashing and banging of their trolleys outside our room. Great food and good service. Cool spot with glass exterior and great views of Piccadilly that wasn’t busy at all on a Friday night. The lemon cheesecake was amazing.

I booked the London afternoon tea. The sandwiches, cakes and scones were delicious.We were given refills of sandwiches and scones, which was fab!The staff were lovely, but service could have been quicker.The menus were taken off us after ordering our first drink - we didn’t notice until after.
