I stayed at this hotel with my partner for my birthday. Unfortunately, I accidentally left one of my shopping bags in the room after checkout. We rang the hotel as soon as we realised and were told to email the conscierge, who contacted us the following day to say that the cleaner didn't report finding anything in our room... read full comment

Enjoyed the stay. Perfect location near tube line and grocery store. Felt safe. Lots of restaurants and entertainment nearby.
