“I was met with a very warm genuine smile by security, I didn’t feel on edge or judged immediately at all, I was greeted with a warm welcome by a sales person named Sam, he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the store layout and brand’s history, he took me on a walk through of some of the new season collections, including some of the classics and runway pieces, we discussed the inspiration behind some of the buildings architecture and inspiration, he offered me a drink which made me feel more comfortable in the huge and some what intimidatingly large yet beautiful store. He spoke about the heritage of the brand and the new creative director’s vision. I would definitely recommend the Burberry Flagship to anyone who wants to either learn more about the brand or simply to enjoy the beautiful and breathtaking aesthetic of the building.”

This store has 4 floors and is opposite John Lewis's Oxford Street and London College of Fashion.Also introduced an embroidery customisation where you can choose from a choice of Monograms, Letters, Animals, Dinosaurs Cartoons etc to be embroidered onto bumbags shirts etc.”

“This Primark shop in Marble Arch is the "less visited" location compared to the busy Tottenham Court Road store. However, it is still a popular spot for serious shoppers and bargain hunters looking for great deals on men's, women's and children's clothing, footwear, home accessories, beauty products and some tech items. You can find tons of fairly good quality items here at extremely low prices.I sent to this shop my visiting teenage niece who had been saving her pocket money. She went in the morning with an empty suitcase and returned with two packed suitcases full of clothes, accessories and more - all at incredible prices.It's easy to get carried away when everything is so affordable! However, the shop can get extremely crowded, especially during sales periods and major school holidays. I try to avoid visiting at these times as the crowds can be unbearable. Weekdays in the morning tend to be less busy.The staff are generally helpful considering how busy it gets, though it can be difficult to find assistance at times.There are no seats anywhere to try on shoes, which is frustrating for tired feet and mostly the waiting partners.Overall it's an excellent place for budget-friendly shopping, with a wide variety of products for adults and kids.Even those "I Love London" souvenirs for friends are better quality and very cheap prices compared to souvenir shops around.The homeware section has also amazing bargains and worth exploring.My advice is to go early, as stock sells out quickly for popular items, especially plus sizes and some of children's clothing.Buy a reusable Primark bag! it's much more durable than the flimsy paper ones which will struggle with more than few items.Weekday mornings provide a more comfortable shopping experience before the crowds arrive.Primark is one of the most famous affordable clothing stores in the UK, with consistently good deals on trendy styles for all ages. At these days of watching budgets - It's a great shopping option even if the experience is less relaxed.”

“Since the closure of the John Lewis store in Peterborough, when I come to London I come here. Especially in the run up to Christmas to look at table settings, bedding, towels, etc. staff are always helpful and friendly, but when I visited yesterday I was helped by ‘Steve’. He was kind and friendly and was able to point me in the right direction for what I needed to buy. What an asset to the store and the company.”

“I saw a pair of jeans online and really wanted to try them on in store. Asked a member of staff who wasn’t sure but lead me in the direction of denim. Came across Samira after searching on my own with no success after about 15 minutes. Samira searched high and low in the stockroom and on the shop floor to find them. I eventually found my size, and she even followed up while in the fitting room to give me an alternative style. Just in case! Lovely interaction and was very happy with the product!”

The clothes are from Paris and very unique and I always receive many compliments when I wear something Ive purchased here. “Purchased my first Barbour Bedale Classic - olive on 9 February 2023 during my holiday in London. I selected this jacket in men’s size 34 after much assistance and recommendations from Tom and Iko. I came to the store after reading and watching many reviews online and YouTube. I came to the store with my head set on purchasing the Ashby SL version (slim fit). I find the Ashby to have a nice tailored fit but the sleeves were much longer than the classic model. The classic model is very loose fit. I prefer a tailored look so I elected to go down by two sizes from my normal suit size 38; size 34 was absolutely perfect all around, including the perfect sleeve length that ends at the break of my wrist.Tom and Iko were so helpful that I ended up ordering the Lowerdale Gilet in size medium since this vest has a tailored look and I can wear it underneath my suit or Bedale for extra warm. I elected to have the vest delivered to the Carnaby store (in two days time) for ease since I was only in London for a short holiday. I also purchased the Wax Leather Tarras Bag - olive that is perfect to use for any casual occasion, a solid color lambs wool scarf, and a wax sport cap. I’m certain that I will be using my new purchases for many years to come due to the Barbour quality. My wife also purchased a classic Bedale and a pair of Marina Buckled Boots.Thank you Tom and Iko for your hospitality and great customer service. And thank you Barbour for designing and producing such quality products.”

“Called in to look for a particular item (Ashby waterproof jacket). None on display, but I found a young assistant who carried out a full and persistent search in the stock rooms and produced it , in two sizes for me to try on. I bought it (not cheap but outstanding quality). Superb service.”
