“I rarely do reviews, let alone retail experiences. John, on the YSL concession just gave me an absolutely wonderful customer experience. I have no clue what I'm doing when it comes to foundation etc and was sent with instructions. They were patient, friendly and as far from patronising as one.could get. As a typical straight-white-male this difficult job was made an absolute breeze by this lovely person. On a personal note; John,you have lovely hair and posture”

“Visited the Regent location (the body shop store) for its reopening and honestly I couldn't have met nicer employees.It was fabulous, the atmosphere, the competition, the drinks, all employees, the freebies... wish them all the LUCK in the world... their smiles were enough ... needless to say how helpful and cheerful they were, (most body shop employees are nice and helpful); but in that particular store it was magic pixie dust... I was struggling to get my prescription at any pharmacy due to stock issues, and the lady at this store was the only one out of all the places I tried to get it to offer to order it in for me from a specialist supplier. Only took a couple of days too. So helpful, kind and a life saver! I didn’t catch her name but she deserves 5 stars.”

“Popped into this branch to find a clearance item but it transpired it wasn't available. This branch is fairly small with a small range of products compared with the bigger branches with a wide array of products giving an overall better shopping experience. Helpful staff and nice layout with a lovely umbrella selection. Men's product range is rather limited. Overall l would recommend this branch.”
