First time being a member of virgin active and was very disappointing. I don’t see the difference between this and a Better gym, though the membership price is hugely different. Everyone at the club (that I know) agrees the new transformation has been carried out professionally, certainly adding positively to the availability of equipment and the dynamism / ambience of the club. I'm pleased I joined. Thank you for the opportunity.
