The furniture is very good quality and can be tailored to your taste. The prices are very good. I am anxiously awaiting my delivery which is a standard wait time in most furniture stores that make furniture to order. Thanks to Emil for his guidance and patience. “Very, very happy with the excellent service we received from Alex at this New Malden branch of Dreams. Visited on the Monday to get and understanding of the different types of mattress and their advantages/disadvantages so that we could purchase correctly a mattress to suit our needs. Alex put no pressure on us and went through a comprehensive description of what was available. On the basis of Alex’s guidance I have been in today and purchased a medium, pocket sprung mattress and feel sure that it will suit our needs. Strongly recommend a visit to this store. “I bought a bed from these 2 years ago and had a mattress go bad on me. I can understand their first thoughts were it is the customers fault. But they did send an independent specialist to assess, who agreed it was a manufacturing fault. For this reason, customer service wanting to make the customer happy, they get 5 stars. A lesson for any CS dept, you are the difference between a 1 star awful rating and 5 star awesome rating and repeat business.”

“Just bought a corner sofa with DmNew Malden, and I'm really happy with their service. Harold took me through the whole process and was exceptionally knowledgeable, he was excellent at his job. I got a fantastic deal as the sofa was new in and at a great price. I'm a disabled man and really needed a sofa to support my back. The Orka corner sofa suggested by Harold was perfect in every way.We were give a hot chocolate and a nice comfy seat whilst we went through the details. I can honestly say, I'll recommend them to anyone, a really great service all round from the moment we walked in, no waiting around and was given space to look around.
