went on new year’s eve (around 5pm) - multiple members of staff checked in on us making sure we were comfortable and happy with our order - thank you so so much for a great experience despite working on a day you’d probably prefer off

There were more staff than customers in the restaurant but they still managed to serve chicken that wasn’t warm enough. There was hardly any cutlery in the self-service area on both ends of the restaurant, and the little items available weren’t cleaned properly. Ordered a chicken wrap with pineapple and halloumi, however it didn’t have any chicken on it. It has never happened before, but if you are paying for chicken you should get your chicken.
