went on new year?s eve (around 5pm) - multiple members of staff checked in on us making sure we were comfortable and happy with our order - thank you so so much for a great experience despite working on a day you?d probably prefer off

There were more staff than customers in the restaurant but they still managed to serve chicken that wasn?t warm enough. There was hardly any cutlery in the self-service area on both ends of the restaurant, and the little items available weren?t cleaned properly. The food came quickly and was nice except the mashed potato which had the patina of the passage of time. We made the mistake of asking ice cream for dessert and they took half an hour to bring it when it comes in a tub. Waiters more interested in checking a machine than in serving customers attentively.

Ordered a chicken wrap with pineapple and halloumi, however it didn?t have any chicken on it. It has never happened before, but if you are paying for chicken you should get your chicken.

I have never had a bad experience with Nando?s until I visited this Nando?s. I ordered Garlic bread, wings roulette and boneless chicken thighs, the chicken was overcooked and the skin was burnt, making it inedible because of the bitter flavour. I saw the restaurant was a bit busy so I did not want to return the food to not give the workers extra work but I thought of giving feedback anyways when I approached one of the employees he seemed very grumpy and he just replied ?what do you want me to do you accepted the food? I wasn?t asking for the food to be replace but the feedback to be acknowledged. By checking the recent reviews I?m not the only one that experienced poor customer service and poorly cooked food

Service are outstanding team so great and helpful. They make my daughters celebration so nice and good experience. Manager Flavio is really good and very hands on, on the floor his making sure that our orders on time. Five start for experience, food and service of the nandos team.Kid-friendliness: They offered high chair as soon as they see we've got small kid.

Amazing service from Fabio (sorry if I have spelt the name wrong) he provided the best service I?ve ever had in a Nando?s really upbeat and nice made my day brighter, and the food was amazing thank you!!

SHOCKING SERVICE . SHOCKING FOOD. WORST NANDOS IN LONDON. AVOID AVOID AVOID.I CANT BE BOTHERED TO LIST ALL THE REASONS WHY ITS SO BAD JUST UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS JUST THAT BAD AND IF YOU DONT BELIEVE ME FIND OUT FOR YOURSELF. I WILL BE BUSY ON THE LOOJUST A LOAD OF KIDS MESSING AROUND WHILE YOU STARVE AND WAIT FOR YOUR FOOD TO UNDER/OVERCOOKED UNSEASONED UNSAUCED JUST UN-EVERYTHING. UNDO THIS NANDOS AND START AGAIN!!

Extremely unfriendly and unhelpful store manager who refused to replace chips with mash in kids menu (despite being done in all Nando?s branches we have been before), refused to replace Mayo with spicy Mayo despite the staff?s mistake to take wrong order, and chased for money for a sip of coke that my daughter took from the coke machine. Totally ruined the family lunch before visiting the farm close by.

Chicken wasn?t grilled enough and looked half boiled with the skin being tough and flabby.My items were just thrown into the box without any sauce.Quality of the food and how it had been prepared and given was definitely disappointing.

Great service by Ricardo Jr . 5 stars for being professional & easy going with a smile when I had trouble using nhs discount .Elizabeth you were not very nice Took me from hungry to hangary by wasting 10 mins of my time struggling with the app & not only that when we tried to order the chocolate cake with ice cream , she charged us for the full rate gelato saying that we should have specified a ?scoop? . Noticed her being impatient with other customers too . Rest of the staff were polite .

The restaurant was very packed and therefore a slower service, however the low score is because a waitstaff accused us of stealing from another table. I had already paid at the bar.

The worst Nando?s in London. I try to support it as I live locally but the staff are incredibly unfriendly disorganised and lack in any sort of urgency to even greet and help anyone with their order. On top of that the kitchen are always getting orders wrong??!! whatever is going on in that building in terms of management is nonexistent. They need to fire everyone and start again.
