“So I was a doughnut today and dropped my purse in Cotmandene. I realised in about 2 minutes and walked back to where it could have been and it was gone ??? I went into the shop I had been in and nope, not there. I cancelled all my bank cards and once home thought I would call Co-op just to see if anyone had handed it in. To my delight, a young man called Alex who works in Co-op had picked it up and handed it into his manager. Alex is my hero. What an absolute star ?⭐️?⭐️”

“Ive been coming here for years but what happened to me today was really surprising. The guy that works there Louie remembered what I usually get and had it ready for when i got to the counter. I normally avoid BP because I like the personal service of small businesses, but what happened to me today is going to make me come to this BP regularly.”
“Good little express outlet with all the basics, very handy to pop in and get milk, bread and other items you have run out ofwhen passing the door or filling up with petrol. Petrol prices here are also normally reasonable which is an added bonus. Staff are good tempered and helpful too.”

“My local corner shop. It’s a mini Morrisons market, but also it has a Post Office counter and a Costa Coffee automatic machine. Friendly service. Outside of the shop, there is a cash point (charge £1.65 per using) and a Post box. Free car parking outside of the store.”

“Used the services part.Free parking., well laid out and full shelves.Toilets 80% clean and non smelly.Although the chewing gum I found in the urinal bowl did taste funny and salty.”
“Great place. I'm glad they closed the run-down and uninviting shop that was there before. My brother told me the previous shop owner had questioned him about where he's from and what he's doing here when he popped in for snacks before visiting us (right after the referendum). Glad that's over with! Anyway, the people at Premier have always been nice to us. Waiting for my daughter to pick out her lolly and count the money, and all that. Patiently counting my loose change, etc. And they give out free fruit to the school kids from across the street. The staff are always very polite, even when it's packed full of people after school. It's very clean and the staff are everywhere, working like busy bees. It looks nice from the outside, as well. It's really made the entire area feel more welcoming in a very short time. When we moved here from London 5 years ago, Eldred Drive looked desolate. It's bustling now.”
“Very nice and clean shop staff are helpful and kind but I was just wondering could you have more people on the till because sometimes you are waiting for ages in the line because the only 1 person on the till in the evening but the card only ones are fine but I see I lot of people having trouble with them when they go wrong so I was just asking would it be ok to have more people on the till because I was in the line abd I lot of other customer were not happy they wanted to live there stuff and walk out but they thought no we are going to wait”

“This shop is great. It's not just a good convenience store; it's a good store full-stop. It's clean and well presented. There's a good range of stuff. I've even found stuff here that I've not found in large supermarkets. Their bread, in particular, is fantastic -- the best loaves I've come across in any shop in the area. The prices are decent. The staff are lovely. 5 stars.”
