“Went in the other day as I accidentally dropped my glasses on the ground, and the lens popped out.Asked them if they would be able to fit it back in, which they did so carefully and kindly (I’ve had opticians screw bolts in too tight and damage the glasses/frame), and they even gave them a clean so they were sparkly fresh when I left.Would highly recommend - very friendly and helpful customer service.”
