“I love the store and tend to go every week if I can. They update their products frequently and often introduce new merchandise that has been released. The store isn't either small or big and it has large selections for music (vinyls/CDs), DVD series, movies of many different genres and categories, 2 small merchandise sections (one at the entrance and one at the back) action figures + funko pops, and a small section for technology and a bit more. Great service from staff, they are always friendly and the atmosphere is comforting and feels judge free. Highly recommend checking it out”

“Went there today & was assisted by a great guy called Tariq (sorry if misspelt) he sorted my issue out quickly and made our visit very successful & efficient, he’s an asset to the store for sure,the staff in general seemed lovely and it’s everything you’d want from a music shop.”

“This store is located over two floors. A range of sofas are located on the ground floor and beds are on the first floor. They also sell a few wardrobes. The sales staff were friendly and helpful and they weren't pushy. The store was clean and tidy during my visit.”

“This Toolstation is quite small. One would normally purchase online and do a click and collect. Although you can purchase instore if you wanted to. There is usually a queue of a few people at a time. Parking space is available. Staff are helpful and friendly. Only downside is that sometimes stock is not available for same day collection. So if you're doing a renovation and need material ASAP, it mignt not be available until the next day.”

“We visited a couple of times, first to get quotes and then to pick options/pay. Sam (the advisor) was really helpful and knowledgeable, we didn't really know what we were looking for and he made sure we understood all of the options. He talked us through step by step, explaining all of the costs answering all of our questions. Overall, very thorough without pressuring for a sale, which was nice. Would definitely recommend them.”

“Mataln has got better quality stuff than many other retail stores like primark and even M& S. As M & S is bit expensive. Kids clothing section has huge collection and no issues with sizes availability apart from School uniform. School uniform stuff is better than, George, F&F and Primak. And prices are almost same.Good collection of house stuff too.Free parking upto 2 hours. You have to pay and you can claim it once you go to check outs.”

“Husband & I have been carpet right customers for some time now, however we've never used Rom Valley store and decided to visit after receiving a mundane experience at the gallows store time after time. We were warmly greeted by not just one but two members of staff (Rob & Sharm) They were occupied with customers so we decided to take a walk around , shortly after we were sat down and our needs were discussed. Rob was very friendly and helped us decide on the range, we also spoke with the store manager Sharm who priced our order up to ensure we kept in our budget. “I Purchased a sofa suite from this store. Mr Khan was brilliant absolutely and fantastic . he was so helpful. we have had the sofa delivered and as we were renovating we did not open it until about 5 weeks after delivery. he has been so accommodating and has asked me to email the store so that he can help me get the cushions even after the delivery.fantastic service all round and i would always buy from DFS ROMFORD STOREbecause of the help and service provided by Mr Khan. The staffs are helpful and the store is located not too far from the city centre. I'd recommend the store for all your home appliances and gadgets”
