“Overall a great store, a big Next with a good range of clothing. Bright, clean, and feels refreshed. Lots of changing rooms, good stock levels and sizing.Unfortunately I had two annoying problems. First of all, the formal shirts to try on for size need to be washed more often. The ones I tried smelled a bit of BO which is just gross, there should surely be lots of extras which are rotated throughout the day to avoid this. Secondly, one of the lifts was broken and the other was very slow/had a queue, so I took the stairs but it was some weird emergency route with no signposting. Basic stuff like having a signposted staircase seems reasonable to expect.Also, I was excited for the Bath and Bodyworks range which before was not available in the UK, but the prices are awful. More than double the US prices is just too much, Bath and Bodyworks is not a luxury brand so the prices don’t make sense other than for a very homesick American.”
