What's the use of booking an appointment, if you can't keep it. I reached 10min earlier, but was told people are in que ahead of me. Waited 15 min, still 3 people were ahead of me.

Appalling experience this afternoon. Booked an appointment to have my phone fixed after they failed to fix it during a visit last month, and created a new problem when they cracked my screen. After waiting for ten minutes, I asked a gentleman if I could have some help and he sent out a manager, who pointed me out and who I smiled and waved to in return. He then promptly told me to wait and began serving another lady, followed by another gentleman and then walked off. I planned my day around being able to get to this appointment- what a waste of time.

I recently had a disappointing experience at the Apple store in Kingston. I went in because my EarPods' microphone wasn't working, and after waiting for assistance, the technician found an issue with the right EarPod. They changed it out and the technician suggested I go home and charge them for 20 minutes and test them, but even after doing so, they were still faulty. Not only did this waste my time with a 10-mile journey, but it also left me with non-functioning EarPods. Overall, a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience.

The staff were very friendly and keen to help but having come in at 12.15 for a screen repair I was not out until 3pm. Having booked it 3 days in advance and paid for the AppleCare Plus at £12 a month the whole process amounted to nearly 3 hours wait. I was told there was one person behind the scenes replacing screens and there was a backlog. Really poor service especially for a business that charges as much as it does for its products and services.

Substandard in all regards. Allowed us to leave with a new phone that wasn?t working. Set up table with 1 person who was moving between customers, doing his best but setting up several customers new phones at the same time is too much. Lots of reassurances but zero results.Now plans have to change all day tomorrow.Not the end of the world but more expected of Apple.

Booked and paid online managed to get a slot to pick up the item. Fortunately no long queue at the end of the year. The guy was quick enough to serve and I was out of the shop in 30 mins
