“Very nice staff, and great service. The only thing that could be better is maybe some golf cart, as the entrance to the office is like a block walk away from the bus stop. You might feel like a hamster running in circles around the entrance.”

“My last visit to Thamesmead Post Office was warming experience for me. I am wheelchair bound and often struggle to manoeuvre around local shops: Majority of the time I have to stay outside. However, this wasn't the case with Thamesmead Post Office. I was served by a very kind lady called Pinky, who was unstanding and patient with my needs. It was the same with the rest of the staff as well: They were welcoming and made it possible for me to be able to shop in their store for myself.”

“Fast and efficient, my only gripe is with its working hours, it's the only royal mail in the area but it works 2 hours per day and 4 hours on Saturday. But I personally like the place, therefore 5 stars.”
