Visited your Kingston upon Thames store today with my 2 young grandchildren who after leaving the shop said why was that man sooo rude. To which I sadly had no answer!!His manner in my oppinion was totally unprofessional and I really feel that after reading the previous reviews I dont think im alone.Never plan to revisit...

I phoned to make a podiatry appointment.The man was so rude and aggressive on the phone: interrupting, arguing, refusing to answer questions, that I did not even bother to make an appointment. Bizarre experience.
