The staff in this store are extremely rude and unhelpful which really tarnishes the brand. In general the white company makes fantastic products and haven't had an issue with their customer service in any other store.

Went in to return pillow cases that were gigantic (albeit that we ordered the standard size) and we could tell from the moment we started speaking to the store manager that she was not interested in helping us. We brought them unused but we had removed the packaging to try them out (obviously) but then folded the pillowcases...
