The staff in this store are extremely rude and unhelpful which really tarnishes the brand. In general the white company makes fantastic products and haven't had an issue with their customer service in any other store.

Went in to return pillow cases that were gigantic (albeit that we ordered the standard size) and we could tell from the moment we started speaking to the store manager that she was not interested in helping us. We brought them unused but we had removed the packaging to try them out (obviously) but then folded the pillowcases and put them back into the plastic sleeve for returns only be told we were missing a very "important" cardboard sleeve that sits within the packaging. Really poor customer service and a grumpy store manager from the get-go.

Don't exchange gifts here. I received a lovely baby sleepsuit as a gift and wanted to exchange it to a different size. Person helping me kept trying to have the new sleepsuit sent to the original purchaser (people who gave me the gift) and I kept insisting not to so we agreed it would be sent to the store. Well, they somehow messed up and the people who gave me the gift were notified of the new sleepsuit being sent (instead of me) so they called up and cancelled the order. Lots of back and forths with the store and customer service to find out that in the end, the gift was reimbursed to original purchaser and I wouldn't be able to get the exchanged sleepsuit in the new size. The only thing I could do was to contact the gift giver and ask them to purchase it again. Obviously, I was not going to that. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 as store manager offered a free candle next time I come to the store. So that's a nice token gesture but I don't want a candle. I wanted that lovely baby sleepsuit. Just really gutted by what happened and feel that they should have given it to me (instead of a candle) considering it was their mistake, not mine.
