Incredibly rude pharmacist who provided wrong advice / prescription

Very good delivery service. But one time, one member of staff was unhelpful & refused to recommend an alternative to a prescription item that was not in stock

We've found this pharmacy to be really helpful. Our son is going through cancer treatment and Day Lewis have been able to source nearly everything he's needed.
