“Stayed here for working on a stall at RHS Hampton Court Flower Show. Phillip and Michael helped me carry in 20 heavy boxes of literature for the show. Michael switched my room to the ground floor to make it easier. Phillip helped even though it was his day off and when on duty printed out a voucher I needed. Debbie helped us by storing our cases and literature on the last day after we had checked out. Rooms clean and fine for a business trip when you spend all day on a stand. Beefeater next door a convenient option when very tired after all day on your feet plus a freshly cooked breakfast the next morning to energise you for the day talking to gardeners about rainwater solutions.”

“Rooms didn't have air-con but a small fan instead, and although the staff was friendly, I was disappointed that I had to make 2 trips to my room in order to take my drinks and they didn't offer to deliver ”
