“Thank you Thais!!!I am writing this review only to prize a single member of the staff at Walthamstow store, a Brazilian girl, who has a sense of duty, solicitude and attentiveness. I avoid Sports Direct at all costs and for over a decade haven't bought anything for myself, because of the rudeness, apathy and the laziness of the staff, no exclusions, every store has the same toxic atmosphere, I believe that's their training. Today I was acting on behalf of my husband and this was my first and probably last good experience. I had no expectations, just the feeling of loss of time and disappointment, at the very best the answer " I can't help you". So I was dumbfounded by the willingness of the till operator to help. She took the pains to solve my problem and I am very grateful, wish there were more like her.”
