“I have to admit that after using the Harrow branch for years I was dreading using the Wembley branch. However I was pleasantly surprised and left extremely happy, unlike Harrow there wasn’t a queue going out of the door. At 2pm on a Friday afternoon there was only 2 customers ahead of me in the queue and both were dealt with efficiently and quickly. I only waited a couple of minutes to be served and the young lady serving me was polite, pleasant and smiled the whole time.The bank floor is large and spacious, it wasn’t very busy but that’s because the staff served customers quickly and efficiently. They have express banking machines within the bank and a further ATM outside. There is some seating available for anyone waiting for their meeting or appointment.Great branch and great service, the Harrow branch should learn how to run a bank branch from this Wembley branch. “Being an ex-banker my self - I am rating the branch and its staff. My experience with the Bank might be different and can only be gauged going forward.I had been extremely dissatisfied with the unprofessional and insulting service provided by NatWest. I chose to approach Barclays and completed an online application for a joint account opening. Received a letter after a few days which stated that we need to show original IDs at any branch. Called up the call center this morning - and they politely advised to go to nearest branch (High Street) after a month and a half. But I must say did try to assist by advising to try walking into any branch.As both had some time on us today - drove up to the Ealing Road branch. Amazing parking. Despite a huge rush at customer service too - Ms. Jayshree was welcoming and promised to try to accommodate. I understand it was a walk in so a wait was not unexpected.Thereafter was assisted by Mr. Raj Pankhania - and honestly, one of the best customer service we have had. Despite us walking in - he ensured to dedicate all efforts to complete all the account opening formalities in smoothest possible manner and that all mandates are completed and updated in system - and then even ensuring that the accounts are active before we leave + we have access to the mobile app and its activated too.Keep it up Mr. Raj and the team - you are truly an assets to this organization. I really hope that Barclays lives up to the expectations built up thanks to this warm and highly professional and comforting welcome.”

“A bit too busy for me...Everyone is crashing into you as you cruise the aisles whilst trying to shop.. plenty of a variety of things to buy. we bought a microwave at a good price but we abandoned our food shopping trip just to get out of the shop and into the relative calm of the car parkparking is a" free for all" like grand theft auto ,with cars going in all directions it needs to be managed with an in and out system because the car park is not working well at the moment ..lol”

“Deliveroo order -I was sceptical of ordering from a BP garage on Deliveroo but thought I'd give it a go for the Wild Bean Cafe products and a few bits I needed on the side. I was pleasantly surprised.The order was packed and sent out super quick and arrived much quicker than the usual food places on Deliveroo do. All items were there, none missing. All drinks, including multi-pack of cans were ice cold. Only lose a star because they packed a chocolate bar underneath heated goods from the Wild Bean Cafe, which meant it was melted and squashed in the bag. Apart from that, no issues - would use again.”
