“I had an unresolved issue which I had been trying to sort out for quite some time now, so when I went in to the Harrow store last week I was quite frustrated. I was quite certain that my issue was not going to be resolved yet again, due to my previous experiences. However, I was served by a member of staff called Gowtham. He was very understanding of the situation and proactively did all he could in his power to resolve the issue. My mother and I were extremely impressed by his pleasant mannerism and kind nature. “I can see a lot of people complain the staff is rude but I've never got that. I go there on a regular basis as I send a lot of parcels and they were always fast and helpful, when it comes to parcels at least. I didn't use any other services so I can't comment on that.”
