“I spent a couple of hours undergoing a very through and professional assessment regarding Lens replacement surgery and was impressed by the friendly professionalism shown to me by both Shanaz and Juneid. They answered all my questions throughly and checked my understanding and were both patient and very pleasant to deal with. The tech used was comprehensive and impressive to see in action. Going to specsavers is a simple and easy experience as they cater for all types of customers, you are not treated differently just because you do not do everything on line ,pay on a card , get complicated e-mails ask you to scan this, or download such an app that is fine for customers who perfer that , but they also cater for people who like to recieve a reminder letter, phone up or walk in for an appointment , and pay by cash . So simple and straight forward that's why I go to specsavers as I have a choice .”
