Going to specsavers is a simple and easy experience as they cater for all types of customers, you are not treated differently just because you do not do everything on line ,pay on a card , get complicated e-mails ask you to scan this, or download such an app that is fine for customers who perfer that , but they also cater for people who like to recieve a reminder letter, phone up or walk in for an appointment , and pay by cash . So simple and straight forward that's why I go to specsavers as I have a choice .”

Unit 12-15 The Gates Shopping Centre“Karen helpfully booked an eye test appointment on 29/12/21 at short notice on the day scheduled appointments for myself and husband were cancelled at the Middlebrook branch. Karen and Aysha made the examination process smooth. Luke was brilliant at both the point of sale for glasses and the pick up appointment. Nothing was too much trouble and he took the time to ensure the glasses purchased were done so correctly. Brilliant service by the team from start to finish - thank you team :)”

“I spent a couple of hours undergoing a very through and professional assessment regarding Lens replacement surgery and was impressed by the friendly professionalism shown to me by both Shanaz and Juneid. They answered all my questions throughly and checked my understanding and were both patient and very pleasant to deal with. The tech used was comprehensive and impressive to see in action.
