Bank closed my account for no reason and hold my money for days. No explanation at all. I have been locked out of my account and it is absolutely disgusting. Even the complaint line keeps you waiting an unreasonable length of time to answer. You go round in circles and the banks lies. This bank is a shame. This bank needs to suffer hardship to really understand what it feels like to be robbed and then have to wait for the thief to return the stolen money..the worse bank ever. Contact with customer service is not resolving anything and complaints are not resolved positively. Avoid!!

Beware before you apply to the bank. Never trust a bank who doesn't trust itself with zero customer service.

Like all or Most the Nat west branches although the staff there do there best unfortunately very understaffed having to queue far too long in my lunch break to try and bank money, yes there is a fast drop box but sometimes I like my money to be paid in instantly not at the end of each working day

I visited the Natwest Bury branch as Rochdale branch was flooded again. The staff in the branch we're brilliant as soon as we walked they greeted us I was delt with quickly they opened a room to save me waiting, and once I was sorted was asked again if there was anything else they could help with. Excellent service well done bury Natwest.
