Nearly a 50 minute wait for a 2 minute transaction with only 2 cashier's open (one of which was seeing the the same clients for 40 mins) so only 1 in used. There were elderly and disabled clients have to stand for this duration with option to take a seat / places held in the queue.
30 min+ queuing just to be told to use a machine that will make my deposit without a reference before end of day after the long weekend !!!!!
