Great store but the supervisor called Joan is so rude to customers. She should not be treating customers this way. It's us shopping there that pay her wages.

Worse ever customer service by JOAN. I bought a frozen pizzas but by mistake I picked up wrong one. When I got home I realised the mistake. When I went back it was declined to replace or refund, even showing a receipt within less than an hour.I left the pizzas on the customer service desk and walked away as I cannot eat... read full comment
