“I would usually give 5 stars but unfortunately on this occasion I’ve been messed about for 3 weeks!! And the absolute icing on the cake was being greeted by a very rude assistant known as Suma!! I’ve never ever experienced a sales assistant as rude as her in my life hence me reporting her to head office. Since the appalling treatment I received I’ve had a really nice phone call from head office apologising for what happened so hopefully it won’t happen to another member of the public spending good money in the store”
