They suspended all my accounts due to suspected fraudlent activity (there was none, it was me doing Xmas shopping). I am now being told I have to go to a branch with photo ID - If they had not closed all the local branches that would be far easier for me to do. Very disappointed and will be moving my account as soon as I can access to my money.

We opened a joint bank account today. Our meeting was with a lovely lady called Rachel. She was lovely, professional and put us at ease straight away.
