“I was a bit nervous going in having never bought anything from this store before but the staff were so friendly and approachable. I advised I had seen a dress online, it was in two colors and they only had one of them in so the manager advised I try that one on and a couple of others for sizing - they gave me a pair of heels to try on with and the female staff were really helpful advising which they preferred. I ended up ordering the dress with them in store and got 10% off with free delivery. Such a good service - thank you!”

“I had visited the fragrance shop some time last week (after saying I would never return due to a not so good experience last time!) BUT I have to admit I’m glad I did!!! I was served by a lovely young lady who had such a welcoming smile …. KIM!? Well done you for not only seeming to have a wide knowledge of the different products but for bringing back a lost customer.Also the shop seemed very clean and organised, a little bit warm though which made it a bit uncomfortable to shop any longer as I had a few bags - but other then that well done to your team for stepping up since my last visit :)”
“Very quick service, although I did have to search a while for the actual Perfume Shop. Google Maps point you to the shop on the ground floor which is closed, and this was very confusing. Luckily, the staff know their way around and informed me that the other Perfume Shop location was just upstairs and down the hall about 2 minutes’ walk.”

“Well set out shop, we had to wait a long time at the till, but that was because someone was being trained - so it was ok. Not a massive selection of stock, but what is there is pretty good stuff.”
“They gave my husband a lot of attention. He wanted a full suit and every part had to be in a different size. The assistant was patient and she tried to match everything as much as possible. They sent everything home at the designated time. The price was reasonable as well. We definitely recommend this shop.”
