Would be helpful if the phone number posted online actually worked! Anyway i?ve just recently been made aware i?ve had £15 taken from my bank for a membership i wasn?t even told i was signing up to. The worker told me to input my email which i assumed was for an e-receipt and she said i would receive 20% off in store. Little did i know she was signing me up for a membership. A year on and i?ve had money taken out of my account, i?ve had no emails prior to tell me this and when i?ve rang and emailed customer services to question it they?ve said they can?t locate an account with my email address. Yet they are able to find an account in my name for them to be able to take money out of my account.

Ordered aftershave last week at an event where a celebrity attended, in line I was told to order the item online to keep the line moving, I did.Order hadn't processed by the time in front and was told to come back 30 mins later. A bit annoying as I?d waited two hours but I complied.Came back for security to tell me they wasn?t letting any more in line, by this point I just thought I?d rather have £68 back anyway.Requested the refund and now I?m being told I received the item, which I have not.Wasted my evening and I?m down £68, which will be sorted whether it be by refund or me visiting the store to meet that staff member that asked me to come back.

Placed an order for click and collect, received the email confirming it was ready to collect but then arrive in store to discover that my order had been handed to another customer in error! Quite clear that the staff members at this store do not know how to carry out a basic ID check. She initially tried to lie and state that a customer came in the previous day and showed an email with my order number. I said that is physically impossible as I am the only person with that email/ order number and have not asked anybody to collect this for me otherwise why would I be here myself? She then changed what she said and stated the customer had the same surname as me. And that matters because??? In the end, there was actually no other customer with the same surname and it was clear that there was a failure by that particular staff member to check any ID and the wrong order was handed out without any sort of check which she eventually admitted to.I asked for a refund which the staff member tried to tell me was not possible because my order was marked as collected. That makes no sense as even if I had collected the order myself, I would hold the right to request a refund but regardless why is that any of my concern? If your staff member has given out MY order to the wrong customer, I have every right to a refund. I'm not sure why she attempted to say a refund was not possible because seconds later she processed it through the till.So much time wasted.Will not be shopping here again and am now completely put off click and collect though this has never happened before at any other store.

I had visited the fragrance shop some time last week (after saying I would never return due to a not so good experience last time!) BUT I have to admit I?m glad I did!!! I was served by a lovely young lady who had such a welcoming smile ?. KIM!? Well done you for not only seeming to have a wide knowledge of the different products but for bringing back a lost customer.Also the shop seemed very clean and organised, a little bit warm though which made it a bit uncomfortable to shop any longer as I had a few bags - but other then that well done to your team for stepping up since my last visit :)

Bought some perfume here at Christmas. I was also about to purchase something on special offer. When I produced my NHS discount card the lady said as I was buying something that was on offer (a £2 gift) that I couldn?t use my NHS discount. I?ve never heard of this before? when I questioned it and said I?d ditch the £2 trinket, it turns out the lady didn?t know how to put the discount through on the till, so rather than find out, she lied. Clap for carers huh?

Guys avoid. The manager thinks its good idea to shout at customers whilst buying infront of her 5 staff degrading as she thinks she's better than anyone else.I will not be buying from here anymore instead go to the Perfume shop.
