I was very anxious to come into store and ask for help but Erin was genuinely lovely, went and got me a trolley, left me to pick what I needed and then took the trolley to the till. She then even brought the trolley out for me and helped me load up my car. What brilliant customer service. She definitely needs recognising by her manager.”

“Frank from the men’s department is a absolute star!\\nI went in this week after a suit but no idea of size or what style I wanted\\nNot only was he a huge help in finding my size and colour etc but he stayed 45 mins over his finish time to get me sorted\\nAbsolute credit to the store he is!”
“Great shop with lots of variety. The only thing is that the cash point is so narrow and even worse if someone is in front of you being served. My Mum has a walking aid and struggled to get through. It was impossible when someone else was also paying that, then held up the rest of the line.”

“I was in the store on Sunday 20 Nov with my three boys. My eldest who is Autistic and has other conditions had a massive meltdown. The staff off th security desk where sol helpful, reassuring and nice and another member of staff took my younger boys so I didn't have to worry about them as well. The staff were amazing!!”
“This is a large store and I did buy a t-shirt in the sale. There is plenty of free parking. I was shocked at the price of the cloths here compared to last time I was in there. Which is a couple of years ago now. Things are expensive now.”
