When I took my phone in which I'd dropped and broken the screen on, not only did they quickly provide options for a new phone and explained how to deal with my existing contract (which wasn't up for renewal yet), but also dealt with me crying as I thought I'd lost my engagement photos. They then proceeded to go through options for photo recovery with me, eventually helping me to recover these! During this time, they were incredibly professional, going so far as to offer me tissues and chocolate whilst I was crying. I couldn't have asked for a better experience from the store and safe to say, they helped save my Christmas.”
