“They were alot of help when sorting out my bank cards. However due to less staff on site (because of less people who come in) had to wait a bit in line. Great customer service however. There's parking spaces on the highstreet, but only Monday-Friday. Wheelchair accessible. Not sure on toilets, however the chantry centre is nearby and does have toilets”

“I have used this branch many times. Friendly staff, fast and efficient. They also do great prices for home insurance. Shocked there are any bad reviews.As for opening times in lockdown, many businesses had to make adjustments for many different reasons. Don't complain, be grateful we still have a branch on the highstreet with people to talk to rather than waiting an hour on the phone to speak to someone who doesn't speak English.”

Spotless clean environment social distance maintained, customers wearing masks hand sanitizers available throughout the whole banking hall.Wheelchair accessible entrance. Blue badge parking spaces outside the hall. I highly recommend everyone to try the self service.”
