“Even though their staff turnover seems a little high, the service is always excellent and they've always fixed whatever problem we've gone in with. I also love that they love dogs, have a customer toilet and actually seem to reae t their customer base. I know Metro bank has had its problems but they are a breath of fresh air in retail banking.”

Today I had to come in twice; I watched the smiling and lovely Laura Faulkner greet and serve customers. It was utterly delightful and even though she wasn't serving me, she filled my day with sunshine.
