There are insufficient staff for the volume of customers. There should be two pharmacists: one preparing prescriptions and one checking them for release. We are having to wait up to 45 minutes, or more, to collect prescriptions we've been messaged are ready for collection. This is unacceptable.

Went to collect my 4 month prescription but only got 1 month instead and a 13 A4 page document on what I have been taking for years. I now have to stand in the cold line outside the shop again within the space of a month. Bloody ridiculous.
