“The process of booking a service and having the work done is smooth. The surprise is having a fixed price for a major service which is very high already, then finding out on the day that items which are due in the service schedule are not included in the fixed price, these are 'additional extras' like changing the brake fluid. That is not cheap either. We were not advised of this cost when I booked the service, I feel slightly mis-sold by VW.I'm probably not going to take my car back to VW but find a good local VW specialist garage instead.”
