Its a long time but I want to share how horrible is Audi (Lookers) in Basingstoke. I had an Audi TT Quattro for 4 years, the first service (2019) was fine, a professional lady kindly invited me to service the pump/filter of the Haldex, but the followed years (2020, 2021 and 2022) no one of the same team checked the Haldex...
