“Staff helpful and cheery. Has many facilities, post office, paypoint, subway, cash machine, baked goods, Yes, prices are a little expensive but convenience comes at a price, nobody does a weekly shop in a corner store.”

“(20:00 - 21:30) Qued for 90mins to get fuel as we didn't have enough to get to Legoland tomorrow. Lady behind the till seemed stressed! One guy giving her grief and walked out while she was trying to explain. Local lad to Fareham. Bought my fuel, bought her a pack of Haribo to keep her spirits up. Manager no where to be seen, co-workers didn't want to go in and help. Poor showing from the team apart from the girl standing strong on her own and tackling the fuel crisis. You go girl!!!!”

“Fareham Branch, Monday 4th September, spoke to Callum regarding a problem with an external ATM which had not delivered any money from its dispenser but had debited my account with the requested amount. He dealt with my problem efficiently and professionally, having fully understood the matter. A couple of phone calls and some online computer work later, he stated that the "dispute" should be sorted within 2-3 days. The reimbursed amount was credited to my account this morning - just one day after the representation to Callum. Excellent service and obviously pleased with the outcome. Thank you”
